About Fernley

A small, friendly practice where you see the same therapist every week.

Why we started

Dr. Elena Marsh opened Fernley in 2015 after years in large clinics where clients rarely saw the same person twice.

We kept the practice small on purpose. Three therapists, two quiet rooms and enough time between sessions to prepare and reflect. It means we can give every client our full attention.

We see adults, couples and young people from all backgrounds, and we welcome LGBTQ+ clients and families.
