Therapy that meets you where you are.
Fernley is a small counseling practice in Portland. We help adults, couples and young people feel steadier, closer and more like themselves.
People often come to us for help with

In person in Portland
Quiet rooms on SE Division St
Online sessions
Anywhere in Oregon and Washington
Evening appointments
Until 7pm, Monday to Friday

You don’t have to have it all figured out.
Many people wait until things feel unbearable before reaching out. You can come to us at any point, even if you’re not sure what’s wrong.
We listen first. Then we work with you on practical steps, drawing on approaches like CBT, ACT and emotionally focused therapy, at a pace that feels right.
