There's no right way to grieve
Grief comes in waves, and it doesn't follow a timetable.
Hannah Reyes

After a loss, people often worry they're grieving the wrong way: too much, too little, too soon or too late.
Grief rarely moves in neat stages. It can feel calm for weeks and then overwhelming because of a song, a smell or an ordinary Tuesday.
Be patient with yourself. Keep simple routines, let people help in small ways and make space to remember the person you've lost.
Talking with a therapist can give your grief somewhere to go, especially if it's affecting your sleep, work or relationships.
Taking the first step is often the hardest part.
